Motor Enthusiasts Revel in Three Monaco Grand Prix 2021 Events

Monaco is the place for motorsports enthusiasts to zoom into this spring (virtually or as a resident) for the Monaco Grand Prix 2021.

In fact, the principality is hosting three iconic Grand Prix events in April and May, now that the COVID pandemic is abating. This year marks the first time all three events will run in the same year, as the Historic Grand Prix and the Formula E events typically occur in alternating years.

The pandemic forced the cancellation last year of the Historic Grand Prix and the F1 Grand Prix in Monaco, but now the stage is set for the legendary Monaco Grand Prix 2021, the Monaco E-Prix, and the Historic Grand Prix of Monaco.

Is the Monaco Grand Prix cancelled?

The answer is an emphatic No! Construction of the Monaco Grand Prix 2021 street circuit began in February, and everything from the grandstand seats to the trackside suites is ready for this storied and prestigious event. It runs May 20-23, and tickets are ready to be booked, including hospitality and VIP packages. Enhance the event experience with meet-and-greets with FI drivers — current and legendary — and access to the elite Formula 1 Paddock Club at La Rascasse corner. Enjoy gourmet cuisine and delightful company without missing any of the action with a VIP balcony overlooking the famed Fairmont Hairpin. And, if friends or colleagues should ask, “Is the Monaco Grand Prix cancelled,” assure them that the pandemic is not getting in the way of this year’s most glamorous motorsports event.

Monaco E-Prix

In the run-up to the Monaco Grand Prix 2021, you won’t want to miss the innovative Monaco E-Prix on May 8. Some mandatory COVID protocols will be in effect for the event, which was last held in Monaco in 2015. Adding to the excitement of the fourth Monaco E-Prix, with its tight, technical course — described as “like riding a bicycle around your living room” — will be appearances by such former Formula 1 drivers as Pascal Wehrlein and Stofel Vandoome, as well as reigning champion Antonio Felix da Costa. Tickets and travel packages are available now. Why not make it an extended stay and enjoy more of what Monaco has to offer?

Historic Monaco Grand Prix 2021

Not to be missed is this nostalgic and charming event from April 23-25, celebrating a trip back in time with the most dazzling, daring race cars dating to the 1930s. From pre-war Voiturettes to supercharged F1 cars of the mid-1950s and 3-litre Fi Grand Prix cars of 1980, and many in between, there promises to be plenty of action. Tickets and VIP packages are available, including many venues with terrace or rooftop views.

Come early for the Monaco Grand Prix 2021 and stay for all three events!
