New Opening: Mano Mayfair

Bringing hedonism to Heddon Street.

With jaw dropping interiors, the finest DJs in the Capital and a Brazilian-Japanese menu that promises to bring the authentic tastes of São Paulo to the Big Smoke, there’s much talk around the opening of Mano Mayfair this month. And we’re expecting great things – having owned restaurants, beach clubs and night clubs on the French Riviera since he was 18, co-founder Romain Fargette knows a thing or two about winning formulas. Along with entrepreneur Alexis Colletta, he wanted to bring something unique to London, and they’ve done just that.

Food will be overseen by Luciana Berry, winner of ‘Top Chef Brasil 2020’ and a MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist. He has designed a Brazilian-Japanese inspired menu of sharing plates including the likes of carne seca bun (dried beef in a home-made Brazilian bun); smoked picanha with yakiniku sauce (Brazil’s national steak, hickory smoked with a traditional Japanese sauce); Luciana’s signature moqueca (Brazilian seafood stew with coconut milk and grilled sea bass) and pudim (Brazilian crème caramel made with tapioca, salted miso caramel and Brazil nuts). Cocktails crafted using sake, cachaça, Brazilian mangos and other luscious tropical fruits complement the menu. Perfect for an eclectic night out, Mano will also be open for a hedonistic Jungle Brunch every weekend.
