Brasserie of Light offers an eclectic mix of foodstuffs from classic British fare to a world of internationally inspired dishes, with an all day a la carte menu to fit around our busy schedules. But one standout treat that’s on the menu this Christmastime is the rude-not-to Christmas Bauble: an edible tree decoration made from dark chocolate mousse, honeycomb, vanilla ice cream, with popping candy and salted caramel sauce. This one’s definitely on Santa’s naughty list, but if we can’t indulge this December, then when can we? The desert is available until Christmas Eve so book a table tout de suite.
