New Exhibition at The Wellcome Collection
Science, art or somewhere in-between? In this exhibition at the self-styled ‘free museum for the incurably curious’, four contemporary artists – Martina Amati, Daria Martin, Maria McKinney and John Walter – have collaborated with leading scientists to create works that encourage us to think about our senses, our bodies’ limitations and where our food comes from in the exhibition Somewhere in Between.
Expect to find startling installations and films that explore free diving, genetics in cattle breeding, ‘mirror touch’ and the relationship between visual culture and HIV. Intriguing and thought provoking.
