Kreutzer Quartet tickets prize draw

1. The offer comprises of two tickets to the finale of the Kreutzer Quartet at Wilton’s Music Hall, E1 on Saturday, 29 August 2010.
2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate families of Forward, REAP or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
3. The closing date is 5pm on Thursday, 19 August 2010.
4. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
5. Proof of emailing is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatsoever reason.
6. The winners will be notified by post after the closing date by Forward and/or prize supplier.
7. Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. An independent person will draw the winning entry.
8. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
10. Forward reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

12. Winner's name will be available from the promoter one month after the closing date. Please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.
