Two for one lunches at Tamarind
The first Indian restaurant in Europe to receive a Michelin star, Mayfair’s sumptuous Tamarind is offering Fabric readers a two-for-one lunch offer, until 10 September.
Specialising in the cuisine of north-western and southern India, Tamarind offers a modern interpretation of the courtly food of ancient Rajasthan that centres around tandoor ovens, along with imaginative versions of the coconut curries and seafood dishes of India’s far southern coastal tip.
The newly launched summer menu includes the likes of salad of roast duck breast with rocket leaves, green peppers, kumquats and asparagus in a toasted cumin and orange dressing; tandoor grilled chicken supreme marinated with cream, cheese, coriander, stem saffron and cardamom; and mango kulfi.
Fabric readers can enjoy a two-for-one lunch until 10 September, usually £18.95 for two courses and £21.50 for three. Simply mention the Fabric lunch offer when booking.
